Usually breakfast is served on the covered veranda, but if you leave very early or in early spring or in the autumn when it is cooler in the morning, we serve it at the dining table in our living room. We ask your wishes in advance, such as:
- cheese and / or meat products
- yogurt and breakfast cereals
- eggs in various ways
- tea or coffee
- homemade marmalades
- fresh fruit of the season
In the citrus season, from about mid-October to the end of April there is freshly squeezed orange juice for those who want it, often with blood oranges. Outside this period we have served fruit juice for years, but since many now want to use less sugar, this season we give the choice between fruit juice and cool water with slices of lemon, sprigs of mint etc. The choice applies to both.
Every day we provide a tasty and varied breakfast. It is different every day, savory and sweet and that is quite unique, because in many Italian B & Bs and hotels one only makes sweet, because the Italians are used to breakfast in the bar. They often do this at the counter with a coffee and a cornetto (croissant).
